“Your ADHD Therapy Journey, Met with Understanding, starts here."

Meet your new therapist

Seeing Jared was the highlight of my week.

I felt like I was able to meet myself for the first time.

Hi, I’m Jared, a licensed professional counselor with over ten years of experience helping adults with ADHD—and as someone who lives with ADHD myself, I truly get it. The overwhelm, the overthinking, the bursts of creativity at the weirdest times—I’ve been there. My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and maybe even a little inspired.

Therapy with me is a mix of kindness, humor, and practical strategies tailored to your brain. I believe in embracing your quirks, finding what works (and what doesn’t), and growing at your own pace. Whether you're navigating executive function chaos or just trying to keep plants alive, I'm here to help.

Let’s figure this out together—one step, one laugh, and one "aha" moment at a time.

He was there for me when my own family wasn’t.

Our Services

Tele-Therapy

Online Therapy Services to meet you wherever you are! Sessions last between 45-60 minutes depending on your particular needs. These services are available for anyone living anywhere in the state of Georgia. These services can be covered by your insurance, though we do offer a friendly out of pocket cost for those outside of Anthem/BCBS.

Consulting

For parents of those with ADHD, for corporations that are interested in learning how to make their workplaces more ADHD friendly, or for anyone who wants to know more about the world of therapy, our consulting services can meet your needs.

Coaching

For those living outside of Georgia who want further support, we offer coaching services. Coaching is not the same as therapy but is still very beneficial. Unfortunately coaching services are not covered by insurance.

Did you know we also have a YouTube Channel?

Hey there! I’m so glad you’re here. At Humble Roots Counseling, I specialize in helping adults with ADHD navigate life with more clarity, compassion, and a little creativity. But therapy isn’t the only way I connect with the ADHD community—I'm also diving deep into the world of gaming over on my YouTube channel.

Gaming has a unique way of reflecting our inner worlds, and my channel explores how video games can teach us about ADHD, mental health, and personal growth. Whether it’s reparenting ourselves through Breath of the Wild or uncovering life lessons hidden in indie gems, I believe games offer more than just escape—they offer insight, validation, and a way to reframe our struggles.

Our 48 hour video jam about the game Unbeatable [White Label], ADHD, and the journey of learning to love yourself.
